Tomorrow exactly marks one year that I have been to the army. Back then one year ago I felt like shit. Not knowing that in the days to come, I had to suffer a hard life to develop myself into a fine man. Here I am, one year after the horror. Combat Fit and ready to f#*k any ass that threatens the sovereignty of this fine island Singapore. Ha, one year of rants and raves in my blog. I am sure that expresses my displeasure and disgust of life in the armed forces. One year of deprivation of civilian life. For that one year, every outfield or FTX I go, in the evening when I rest on top the M113 APC and glare at the blank sky with stars glittering. I would have thought of her, and the freedom of civilian life. Now it's one year. I will wait for another 10 months. Then I will wait for another 4 years.
