Sad, my Chinese New Year will be spent in camp. We are not permitted to get out of camp because of some 2 ntm kinda thing. Don't ask me what ntm stands for. All I know is we are being confined in camp for 2 weeks to protect the nation if any major misfortune should happen to Singapore. So we are standby personnel waiting for war to hit Singapore. And if it should happen, we will be called up to pick our rifles and do what we have to do as soldiers. My festive mood is gone unlike previous years where Chinese New Year are events that I look forward to with plenty of enthusiasm. Which also means I can't book out at all for the next two weeks starting from tomorrow till next Friday and also won't be blogging till then? This is pathetic. And yes, I will be missing my dad a lot. I really worry for his health. And he meant so much to me. Wish I could spend Chinese New Year with him. I hate Army and National Service for this.
